For every trip:

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your spot. On each trip itinerary the "deposit due" date will be posted. However, if for some reason you need to cancel, your spot is transferrable til 7 days prior to departure, so that person can replace your deposit to you. Pay deposit here.

 

A "balance due" date will always be posted on the itinerary as well. You can pay in whatever installments you wish as long as you're paid up in full by the "balance due" date. Pay installments or full balance here.

 

I will accept cash, certified cheque or credit card / eCheck (via PayPal) for all fees.

 

An Airline Sidenote:

Its impossible for the airlines to forecast seat sales when booking these trips far in advance. However I have been advised that if I'm diligent in checking fares regularly and an incredible seat sale DOES happen to come up, the original quoted price for my trips will drop accordingly. YAY...you could actually get money back! Don't worry, I'm a bargain hunter so you will ALWAYS get the lower fare if there is one.
